Chris Perry talks about the influence that Kenny Monday has had on him. Chris Perry feels like he has a great connection with Kenny Monday and he has been able to learn a lot both physically and mentall.
Kenny Monday was one of America's best wrestlers. In High School he was a phenom and went undefeated (from grades 7-12). He decided to go to Oklahoma State for college where he was coached by Tommy Chesbrow. By his senior year he was a national champion but always knew his ultimate goal was a gold medal. He had to go through one of the most legendary wrestlers just to make the Olympic Team, Dave Schultz. He did so and became the 1988 Gold Medalist.
